We would like to welcome you to our home, the Cannerhof. Our home is situated
in the Kanne area of Maastricht in a quiet residential street.
At the rear of our home there is a small but cosy house for you to make your
home for the duration of your holiday. The house is for two people. At the front
of our house there is space in our driveway for your car. There is private
access to the holiday home via a pathway at the side of the house.
In the house there is a living area with a couch, music system and television,
it is open plan with a kitchen and dining table. In the modern kitchen there is
a microwave oven and grill with a four ring electric cooker, there is also a
fridge freezer. There are tea making facilities with plenty of utensils
including plates, cups, pots etc…
Downstairs there is lots of cupboard space with shelving for your clothes etc…
Also on the ground floor there is a toilet and wash hand basin separate from the
bathroom. In the bathroom there is a sink and a large bath with a shower.
Upstairs in the bedroom there are drawers under the beds for storage, cabinets
and a clothes rail.
The house is very modern with lots of lighting and central heating.
In addition to this you have your own private garden space for taking in the
beautiful and peaceful surroundings. In the garden there is a table with chairs
for dining out whilst enjoying the views.
Towards the rear of the garden there is an area we allow you to share with us.
Surprisingly, it is on a hill! Here you can sample our grapes, raspberries,
walnut and hazelnut trees.
Our home is approximately 1km walk from the centre so you have both peace and
quiet and access to shops etc on your doorstep. There are beautiful bike routes
around Maastricht. You can easily cycle to Belgium within a few minutes or take
a 30 minute bus journey to Germany. The house is ideally situated if you wish to
explore more of Europe or simply want to experience the delights of Maastricht.

Weekend – 2 nights 150 euros or 3 nights 195 euros
Per week – 395 euros
